Free delivery
We charge the following shipping costs:
GLS up to an order value of €99.99: €4.90
GLS from an order value of €100: free delivery to Germany, Austria and the Netherlands
DHL GoGreen: €6.90 up to an order value of €99.99 · €2.00 from an order value of €100
The shipping costs applicable to your order will also be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
Shipping with GLS & DHL
We ship our parcels with General Logistics Services (GLS) and DHL. Use the relevant location finder to find parcel shops and branches near you – for example, to drop off a return or if your shipment has been left at a parcel shop or branch for collection.
Delivery time
Germany: 1-3 working days
Austria & Switzerland: approx. 2-4 working days
Other European countries: approx. 4-6 working days
Many orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours after receipt of payment, as we generally only offer items that are in stock. Our independent shipping seal always shows you how quickly we are currently processing orders.

For the few items with a longer delivery time, for example because they are currently on their way to us, we provide the relevant expected delivery date. You can find this information on the product detail page below the "Add to cart" button.
We know that once you have decided on an item, you want to receive it as quickly as possible. Supported by our modern logistics system, our team is able to hand many orders over to our shipping partners GLS or DHL within 24 hours.
Delivery within Germany takes 1-3 working days (GLS delivers Monday to Friday only). If you need your order faster and want to be on the safe side, we recommend our express service (see below).
Delivery to Austria and Switzerland takes approx. 2-4 working days. Orders to other European countries take approx. 4-6 working days.
Information on calculating the delivery date:
For payments made in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the final day of the period. If the final day falls on a Sunday or a public holiday officially recognised at the place of delivery, the next working day will take its place.
Express delivery within Germany
For particularly urgent orders, we also offer express shipping within Germany when paying by credit card, PayPal or AmazonPay. Two express shipping options are available:
Guaranteed 24 ›
With this express shipping option, our logistics provider guarantees delivery on the next working day, Monday to Friday, by 5:00 pm at the latest. This applies to orders received by 1:00 pm. A specific delivery time cannot be selected and Saturday delivery is not available with Guaranteed 24. The surcharge for Guaranteed 24 is €14.00.
Express Parcel ›
With this express shipping option, delivery is guaranteed by 12:00 noon on the next working day, including Saturday. This applies to orders received by 1:00 pm. The surcharge for express delivery is €39.90. Important: this option is delivered by courier and the recipient must be present at the time of delivery. We therefore recommend this comparatively expensive option only in exceptional cases, for example for orders placed on Friday morning that must arrive by 12:00 noon on Saturday.
Shipping bulky goods (e.g. snowboards and wakeboards) ›
Bulky goods such as snowboards and wakeboards are generally shipped with GLS, as we have had particularly good experience with this shipping provider for these types of items. Orders of this kind may therefore be switched from DHL to GLS.
International shipping costs
Shipping costs to European countries range from €4.90 to €16.90. The table below provides an overview of all countries to which we currently ship. The applicable shipping costs will also be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
Information for non-EU countries, taxes and customs duties ›
When shipping to a non-EU country, additional taxes or charges such as customs duties may apply to your order. These are not collected or invoiced by us and must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Charges depend on the contents and value of the shipment and may vary. Please contact the relevant authorities for details. Further information on customs duties can be found here, information on import VAT here, and information specifically for Switzerland here.

Returns
If an item is not quite what you expected, you can return it to us within 30 days. Detailed information on when this period begins can be found in our information on the right of withdrawal.
The easiest way is to follow the instructions on the return form included with your shipment. Using this form is not a requirement for validly exercising your right of withdrawal.
Shipments sent from our own warehouse also include a return label. Depending on the shipping provider, you can drop off your return at a GLS ParcelShop or DHL branch in Germany.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal independently of the return process using our online withdrawal form. Further information can be found in our information on the right of withdrawal.
Important for deliveries from our external warehouse:
If an item was shipped directly from our external warehouse, please follow the return information included with the shipment and use the return method specified there.
Returns from non-EU countries:
Please make sure that your return is correctly processed for export and customs purposes. If a shipment is held by customs due to incorrect export processing, we will contact you. If requested, we can handle the necessary customs clearance for a service fee of €60; alternatively, the shipment can be returned to you.

amazon pay
Use amazon pay to shop fast, easily and secure while using your Amazon account information. Thus you do not need to fill in your delivery and payment information again in our online shop. We accept MasterCard and Visa and use 3D Secure to improve security. Please see that you type your complete credit card number in the respective data field. Please also provide the card holder, the validity date and the 3-digit security code CCV. You find the CCV on the back of your card. For 3D Secure you need another PIN or password. Your data will be transmitted to our credit card acceptance using the highest SSL encryption. We will at no time store your credit card details on our servers. PayPal
PayPal is a well-know secure payment service. If you don't already have an account, you can easily set one up within two minutes (https://www.paypal.com). With your PayPal account you can transfer money to other PayPal accounts - including ours. Your advantage: we will receive the payment very fast and thus can ship your parcel very fast. It is possible to use your credit card or your bank account as a means of payment for PayPal. Furthermore PayPal offers you an additional buyer protection which makes online shopping even more secure.
Payment in Advance
Of course you can transfer the money from your bank account to ours in advance. You will receive the account details with your order confirmation e-mail. We will ship your order as soon as we receive the payment on our account. Please note that the money transfer takes up to two business days within Germany and about four to five business days within Europe.
Cash on Delivery
Using cash on delivery as a payment option, you pay your order
in cash to the parcel carrier of our logistics partner General
Logistics Services (GLS) when you receive the parcel. This payment
option is only available in Germany and the additional charge for it is
7,00 Euro.
Important: please contact our customer support to use this payment method. It is not available during the check-out process.
iDEAL
For our customers from the Netherlands we provide iDEAL as a payment method. With iDEAL you can make online payments in a reliable, secure and easy way. Payments are done using the mobile banking app or the online banking environment of your own bank.
