Shipping Employee / Warehouse Specialist (m/f/d) – Full-time

Location: Düsseldorf | Full-time | Start: October / November

To strengthen our shipping team in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a Warehouse Specialist (m/f/d) to join us full-time from October / November. Career changers from other professional backgrounds are also welcome, provided they have relevant previous experience.

Your main focus will be on our shipping and warehouse operations: from picking and packing customer orders to warehouse organisation and maintenance, stocktaking, returns and incoming goods.

What You Ideally Bring

  • Physical fitness and resilience
  • Basic IT skills, for example MS Office

  • Previous experience in mail order or e-commerce logistics is an advantage

Seasonal Warehouse & Shipping Assistant (m/f/d)

Location: Düsseldorf | Full-time, part-time, mini-job or working student | Period: November 2026 through March 2027

Are you looking for a seasonal job in a motivated team and would like to support us in our warehouse and shipping department? Then you might be a great fit for us.

For our peak winter season, we are looking for additional support for our warehouse and shipping team in Düsseldorf from November 2026. The position is temporary through March 2027 and is available full-time, part-time, as a mini-job or as a working student.

Your main tasks will include picking and packing customer orders as well as supporting us with returns, incoming goods and other day-to-day warehouse activities.

Customer Service & E-Commerce Coordinator (m/f/d)

Location: Düsseldorf | Full-time, part-time or working student | Customer Service & E-Commerce

Do you enjoy working with customers, have strong organizational skills and keep track of things even when several topics need your attention at the same time? Then you might be a great fit for us.

To strengthen our team in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a new team member to support our customer service and internal e-commerce processes. The position is available full-time, part-time or as a working student.

During our peak season, your main focus will be supporting our customers and handling their orders. Throughout the year, you will also support us with organizational tasks related to product creation, content and internal processes.

You can expect a varied role in a motivated team with a high degree of independence. This position is not just about completing existing tasks: we continuously work on improving our communication and processes and would like you to actively contribute your ideas.

Your tasks

  • Supporting and advising our customers by email and phone
  • Handling customer orders, returns, complaints and refunds
  • Coordinating customer requests with the relevant internal teams and finding suitable solutions
  • Supporting the organization and maintenance of product creation and product data
  • Coordinating and following up on open topics between Purchasing, Product Management and other departments
  • Supporting content-related and organizational tasks around our online shop
  • Helping us further develop our internal processes, particularly in customer service and with digital and AI-supported solutions

Your profile

  • You enjoy working with customers and have a strong service mindset
  • You have strong organizational skills and work independently and in a structured manner
  • You keep track of things even when several tasks are running in parallel
  • You communicate reliably and enjoy working with different teams
  • You are a quick learner and interested in digital processes
  • You enjoy questioning existing processes and developing them further together with the team
  • Experience in customer service, e-commerce or a comparable field is an advantage
  • An interest in boardsports, action sports and streetwear is also an advantage

Sales Associate / Boardsports Specialist (m/f/d) – Full-/Part-time from 24 hrs/week

Location: Düsseldorf | Start: immediately

Do you enjoy working with customers, have a passion for boardsports, streetwear and e-commerce, and want to work in an environment where you can actively contribute your strengths? Then you have come to the right place.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated sales professional with a genuine passion for action and trend sports. For part-time positions, you will work at least 24 hours per week, mainly in the afternoons and on alternating Saturdays.

You can expect an interesting and varied role in a motivated team with a high level of independence. Thorough and comprehensive onboarding is part of the package.

Your main responsibility is providing expert advice to our customers in the Warehouse One showroom in Düsseldorf and by phone. Our range includes snowboarding, skiing, wakeboarding, kite, surf, inline skating and streetstyle, among others.

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing expert product advice to customers in our Düsseldorf showroom and by phone
  • Maintaining the product range, merchandise presentation and showroom stock organisation
  • Checking incoming goods and maintaining product and stock levels

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in retail or sales is an advantage – career changers with relevant product knowledge are also welcome
  • Enthusiasm for sports such as snow, wake, skate, ski, inline, surf and kite, and the desire to actively share your knowledge
  • Enjoyment of customer contact and customer advice
  • A customer- and service-oriented manner
  • Experience in selling winter and action sports products is an advantage
