Protection

We at Warehouse One always recommend wearing protectors when doing any kind of fun sports like skateboarding, inline skating or longboarding. Besides the fun, safety is always at the top of the list. For longboarding in particular, the generally usual protectors such as knee and elbow pads, and of course the classic skate helmet are suitable. Furthermore, there are special protectors for the inner palms of the hands. These are of particular importance if you have ambitions to downhill. In the downhill technique you slide through tight turns and use your palms as a stabilizer. An excellent protector should not be missing in this extreme form of longboarding. If you are still unsure which longboard protectors are right for you, we are available in our showroom in Düsseldorf or by phone. Nice to know: You can even try the protectors on in the showroom!
