When waking surfing, motion is done towards thicker profile boards. This means that the board drives higher on the water, which moves the water infinitely much more and raises the keel water flow. In addition, the lip is easier to deflate. We took our bestselling shape and stayed with the standard thickness in the nose area to achieve better contact with the water, and then gradually thicker through the middle to the end of the board, achieving the highest water speed. With a wide, stable platform and a high-end kick, the Powertail Shape combines the stable aspects of a longboard.
