DUOTONE AERO CARVE 2.0 D/LAB

EUR 2026-05-08

Our Most Advanced Foils Yet! To reduce drag and weight to an absolute minimum, we decided to integrate the front part of the fuselage directly into the front wing. This allows us to shape the front wings without compromise, as they no longer need to adapt to the fuselage. Additionally, we eliminated the three M8 screws required for SLS wings, further reducing drag and weight.

The Carve 2.0 D/LAB, like the SLS version, differs significantly from our previous Carve range. The wings feel resistance-free, faster, and “looser,” allowing for more intuitive turning and carving at higher speeds. Thanks to a thinner profile towards the wingtips and a higher aspect ratio, the Carve 2.0 D/LAB glides and pumps considerably better than its predecessor.

The Carve 2.0 D/LAB range is based on our new Carve 2.0 SLS series, with a few subtle modifications. Compared to the SLS range, the aspect ratio is slightly lower and the profile slightly thinner, making these wings even faster—whether on the wave, during the most technical freestyle tricks, or in wing foil and kite foil racing. The D/LAB line includes the 850 and 1100, as well as two smaller sizes, 650 and 500. The larger 1430 is available exclusively in the SLS range.

Two carbon tail options in 37 cm and 43 cm—comparable to the lengths of our 60 cm and 66 cm AL 3BS fuselages—give the D/LAB wing a playful character along with sensational control at maximum speed.

If you’re looking for ultimate performance, the Carve 2.0 D/LAB is the right choice and is recommended for advanced riders up to pro level.

Stabilizer P
Our newest series of stabilizers, specifically developed to complement our Carve 2.0 and Glide ranges. The P-series stands for Performance! We increased the aspect ratio of the stabilizers to provide more lift while reducing surface area. This reduces drag and enhances maneuverability without sacrificing the high-speed control our foils are known for. The Stabilizer P is available in four sizes: 165, 180, 200, and 220. Each size has been slightly optimized to work perfectly with our new front wings. These new stabilizers are almost completely flat and no longer feature the small winglets found on our other product line, the C Stabilizers. These changes optimize the turning feel and give our new front wings an exciting and playful character. Take advantage of our new thin shims and adjust the stabilizer’s angle of attack in +/- 0.3-degree increments to match your riding style or specific conditions.

Features:
- Nose Shape: Instant response for intuitive surfing and maximum pop in freestyle
- Ultra Lightweight: Minimal weight for high-performance riding and jumps
- Performance: Speed and minimal drag – each size individually optimized
- Upgrades: Improved pumping and glide compared to the previous Carve series
- Nose Shape: Individually optimized profiles, outline, and shape for each size

1100 / 200:

- Front Wing with approx. 1100 cm² surface area – front wing for increased lift
- Stabilizer with approx. 200 cm² surface area – matched to the front wing

Size-Specific Information
500 - Our smallest and most radical front wing. The Aero Carve 2.0 D/LAB 500 is aimed at kids/light riders or experienced foilers riding large, fast waves with a wing, or winging and kitefoiling at top speeds. Optimized to maintain a high level of control at full speed with the 43 cm tail, or for maximum turning agility when combined with the 37 cm tail. Fine-tuned to the 165 P Stabilizer.

650 - The second smallest wing in the Carve 2.0 range is designed for lighter or experienced riders seeking more speed. Whether matching the speed of bigger waves, generating maximum speed for freestyle jumps, or challenging friends in wing or kitefoil races. Pair it with the 37 cm tail for maximum responsiveness or the 43 cm tail for greater control at high speeds. Ideally combined with the 165 P Stabilizer.

850 - The Aero Carve 2.0 D/LAB 850 has it all – intuitive turning and fast response in the waves, exciting speeds in both winging and kitefoiling, and incredible pop for freestyle. Sufficient glide and low drag ensure you can easily handle powerless sections. This is the one wing you should have in your quiver!

1100 - The largest wing in our D/LAB family. Experienced riders in mid to heavier weight ranges will love this wing for riding small to medium waves, as well as for freestyle in light to medium wind conditions. The 1100 Carve 2.0 D/LAB is a great all-rounder that feels surprisingly playful for its size while remaining extremely intuitive and easy to control. It can also be used for prone foiling, where its turning agility is only surpassed by the smaller Carve 2.0 wings.
