The Dakine Daytripper MIPS helmet is a state-of-the-art ski and snowboard helmet that combines safety, comfort and sustainability. Thanks to MIPS® technology, rotational forces from angled impacts are mitigated, reducing the risk of brain injury. The robust outer shell made of ABS and the inner layer made of recycled EPS offer reliable protection while weighing in at around 500 g. Ten passive ventilation openings ensure optimum ventilation and temperature regulation, while the Fidlock® magnetic closure makes it easy to open and close the chin strap, even when wearing gloves. The simple, unisex design in Castlerock makes the helmet a versatile companion on the slopes.
