The HEAD NEVES SUNSCREEN Goggle 2027 in blue/black/sunscreen is a solar-powered ski goggle whose lens tint adjusts automatically to the light conditions.

Sunscreen technology combines a double lens with an integrated LCD and a solar panel: in sunlight, the solar panel generates power and activates a microprocessor that drives the liquid crystals, automatically adjusting the lens tint. The lens darkens in sunlight and lightens under cloud cover or in shade, with no switches or batteries required.

The cylindrical lens is flat with a single lateral curve for a wide field of view. The lightweight polycarbonate double lenses are considerably more impact resistant than plastic or glass lenses and offer full UV protection. The packaging is made from recycled cardboard.
