- ROCKER: Rocker is HEAD's version of reverse camber; it is forgiving, playful and simply fun. With excellent floatation, which also makes landing tricks easy, it really comes into its own in powder.
- POPLAR WOOD CORE: The poplar wood core makes Head boards lighter and more stable at the same time. This core is particularly responsive and delivers a progressive ride with plenty of pop.
- EXTRUDED BASE: Extruded bases are fast, durable and easy to maintain. They are created by bonding polyethylene pellets with heat and are less porous than sintered bases, but more robust.


Binding:
Little rippers are totally spoiled with the new Micron Youth binding, which crams a ton of high end features and grown-up performance into a smaller size. The baseplate and hiback feature the same glass-filled nylon construction as most of the bindings in our adult line, guaranteeing a lightweight blend of strength and response. The overall flex is tuned to suit little shredders who want to tear up everything in sight – groomers, park laps, detours through the sidecountry… if it’s got snow on it, or you can jib it, the Micron Youth is up to the task. With the ExoFrame Fusion strap, kids can enjoy awesome control without having to crank the ratchets as tight as regular two-strap bindings. That means comfier, warmer feet. Together with the reclining Asym hiback, they can also get ready to drop in faster than ever. It’s a winning recipe for more laps, more fun, and more progression.
