For minor repairs to boards or skates, or for any other enquiries, please give our product advice hotline a call beforehand!
To comply with current social distancing rules and access restrictions, we are implementing the regulations currently in force. We must therefore work together to ensure that the appropriate social distancing measures are observed. We are also providing hand sanitiser. Please continue to make use of our Click & Collect service to keep your time spent in the showroom to a minimum. We are, of course, still available by phone to answer any questions and offer product advice, and we can continue to offer you our extensive range online as usual.
In our online shop, you can either place a standard order for delivery via GLS or DHL, or select ‘Collection from the Düsseldorf showroom’. If you choose to collect your order in person, we will endeavour to have it ready for collection on the same day.
If you would like to take the item you want with you straight away, please feel free to call our customer service team on 0211-749637-22 or -11. We can then check whether we can process your online order immediately with a short wait, so that you haven’t come here for nothing.
