Designed as a "tween-age" destroyer, these boards form a bridge between the boys and the men. It’s here where the kids start riding better than their parents if that hasn’t happened already. Inspired by the award-winning DOA series, the Children of the Gnar features a next-generation hybrid camber design that delivers the pop and response of a camber board with the predictability of reverse camber. New for 2018, the Gnar boasts an upgraded, low maintenance and user-friendly HMC extruded base.
A wider waist width accommodates larger boot sizes in smaller riders and progressive geometry to ensure a quicker learning curve on the hill. Although this series is very forgiving and promotes skill building, it is no toy. The Children of the Gnar is the go anywhere, do anything freestyle deck for young shredders during those in-between years.

Freestyle
Freestyle snowboards are usually designed softer for boxing over rails or kicking in fun parks. They are also slightly shorter in length, which makes them suitable for beginners. For those who like to ride big kickers, freestyle boards with a higher degree of hardness offer more control, but require advanced riding skills. Mostly, freestyle boards are offered in a twin shape. Tip and tail are identical and the bindings are positioned exactly in the middle, so that backward and forward riding are equally well possible.
