Shipping and Charges:

Delivery Time: Ready for Shipping within 24h
Nearly all of our orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours (after receiption of payment), because we generally offer only items in our online shop which we have currently on stock. The independent official seal for excellence in shipment always shows you, have fast we are currently working (make your order ready for pick-up by our logistics partner).



We know: once you have choosen a product, you want to have as soon as possible. Our staff is supported by a modern inhouse logistics system which enables us to hand over nearly all orders to our logistics partners GLS or DHL within 24 hours. GLS Standard delivery times for Germany are 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). DHL also delivers on Saturday. Delivery to Austria and Switzerland takes ca. 2-3 business days. Orders from other European countries will be shipped within ca. 3-7 business days.

Free Delivery
Orders from 70,00 Euro will be shipped free of charge within Germany with GLS! Up to 69,99 Euro order volume we charge only 3,90 Euro with GLS. For shipment with DHL GoGreen within Germany we charge only 5,90 Euro up to 69,99 Euro order volume or 2,00 Euro for orders from 70,00 Euro.

Returns
If a product does not meet your expectation for any reason, you can return the product without ifs and buts (for products with a value of more than 40,00 Euro). To make it even more easy for you, we recommend to use the attached return form and the return stickers free of charge within 30 days of receipt. Just drop the parcel at your nearest GLS parcel shop or DHL branch (depending on the provided return label) in Germany. Of course this is not a compulsory requirement to exercise your right of withdrawal. Find more information on our website for your right of withdrawal.  

Charges for Shipping outside Germany
For shippments to most European countries (e.g. Italy, France, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands) we charge only 6,90 Euro. Please see the following table for a complete overview. The respective charges will also be displayed during the order process before confirmation of the order. For shippments outside of the EU, as e.g. to Switzerland or Norway, additional custom charges apply, which have to be paid by you. Those custom charges depend on content and value of the parcel and vary.  You can find more information about customs e.g. here and about import turnover tax here and certain regulations for Switzerland here .

Cash on Delivery
Within Germany we also ship with cash on delivery with GLS or DHL. Additional charge for shipment by cash on delivery is 7,00 Euro per order with GLS. Additional charge for shipment with DHL is 5,00 Euro (listed on the invoice) plus 2,00 Euro which is collected directly by the deliverer.

Express Delivery (Germany only)
For those who cannot wait we also offer express delivery within Germany (for payment by credit card and Sofortueberweisung). You can choose between two express shipping methods:
1. Guaranteed 24: given that we have received your order bei 1.00p.m. our logistics partner GLS guarantees delivery on the next business day (Monday to Friday) by 5.00 p.m.  Unfortunately no particular hour of delivery on that day can be aggreed and also delivery on a Saturday is not possible with Guarantee 24.
2. Express Parcel: given that we have received your order bei 1.00p.m. our logistics partner guarantees delivery on the next working day (including Saturday) by 12.00am.
